Idollist — Idol Terms & Conditions Last updated: 31 May 2026 These Idol Terms & Conditions (“Idol Terms”) form part of your binding legal agreement with Idollist Ltd (“Idollist”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and govern your use of the Idollist Platform as an Idol. These Idol Terms supplement the General Terms & Conditions and apply in addition to all other Idollist policies. In the event of a conflict between these Idol Terms and the General Terms & Conditions on a matter these Idol Terms specifically address, these Idol Terms take precedence. All defined terms carry the meanings given to them in the General Terms & Conditions, unless stated otherwise here. By completing the Idol onboarding process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Idol Terms.

DEFINITIONS

“Idol” means a User who has completed the Idollist Idol onboarding process and is authorised to publish content and earn revenue through the Platform. “Idol Balance” means the total available earnings held in your Idollist account that are eligible for withdrawal. “Idol Earnings” means your share of revenues generated from Paid-for Services, net of Platform Fees and any applicable deductions. “Platform Fees” means the percentage of User payments retained by Idollist to cover the costs of operating and maintaining the Platform and associated services. “Idollist Policies” means all documents incorporated by reference into your agreement with Idollist, including the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Content Moderation & Protection Policy, and Community Guidelines.

TERMS

1. IDOL ELIGIBILITY AND ONBOARDING

To become an Idol, you must complete Idollist’s onboarding process. This includes: Submitting valid identity verification documentation and passing a liveness check through our approved verification provider; Providing accurate tax and banking information; Declaring whether your content contains explicit material; and Agreeing to comply with all applicable Idollist Policies. We reserve the right to request updated documentation or require re-verification at any time. If you upload content featuring any person other than yourself, you must verify their age and obtain documented consent for their appearance and the use of their likeness, in accordance with our Co-Authored Content Policy.

2. IDOL EARNINGS AND COMMISSION STRUCTURE

As an Idol, you are entitled to receive Idol Earnings representing a percentage of the gross revenue received by Idollist from Users in connection with your Paid-for Services. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard Idol Earning Rate is 80% of gross revenue from Paid-for Services. The remaining 20% is retained by Idollist as Platform Fees. Idollist may, at its discretion, offer a Promotional Earning Rate — a temporary, fixed-period uplift to the standard earning rate for new or eligible Idols. The specific rate, eligibility criteria, and duration of any Promotional Earning Rate will be published on the Platform and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without amendment to these Terms. Full details of Idol Earnings and Platform Fees are set out in the Idol Earnings & Payout Policy. You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes applicable to your Idol Earnings. Idollist does not provide tax advice and accepts no liability for your tax obligations.

3. PAYOUTS AND WITHDRAWALS

You may request a withdrawal of your Idol Balance at any time, subject to: A seven (7) day settlement period following the original User transaction; and A minimum withdrawal threshold, as displayed on the Platform. Withdrawals are processed via your nominated payment method and are subject to applicable processing times, compliance checks, and third-party banking procedures. We aim to process all valid withdrawal requests within ten (10) Business Days. Delays may occur as a result of fraud reviews, technical issues, or delays caused by third-party payment providers. Any discrepancies in your Idol Balance must be reported to us within 30 days of the relevant transaction. We are not obliged to make retrospective adjustments beyond this period. 4. REFUNDS, CHARGEBACKS, AND DISPUTES

Where a User receives a refund or successfully raises a chargeback in connection with your Paid-for Services, we reserve the right to: Deduct the disputed amount from your Idol Balance; or Recover it from future payouts where it has already been paid out. If your account exceeds a dispute rate of 1.5% (including chargebacks and refunds) over any 30-day period, we may apply an administrative fee of USD 50 (fifty US dollars) per dispute thereafter. This fee reflects the costs associated with fraud mitigation, compliance management, and maintaining Platform integrity. We may waive it at our discretion where we are satisfied that genuine efforts are being made to address the underlying cause. You acknowledge that: Not all disputes arise from card fraud; Disputes may result from misleading content descriptions, failure to deliver content as represented, or off-platform solicitations; and You are responsible for maintaining a positive experience for your audience and for taking steps to reduce avoidable disputes.

5. OFF-PLATFORM TRANSACTIONS

Idollist is designed exclusively for on-platform transactions. As an Idol, you must not: Accept or solicit payments from Users outside the Platform; Promote external payment links, services, or methods to Users; or Deliver content or services off-platform in exchange for payment or other value. Breach of this section is grounds for immediate account suspension, withholding of outstanding payouts, and possible permanent removal from the Platform.

6. SET-OFF AND WITHHOLDING RIGHTS

We may offset any amount you owe us against any amount we owe you. This includes, without limitation: Reversed or clawed-back earnings; Administrative dispute fees; and Penalties arising from policy violations. We reserve the right to withhold payments in the following circumstances: Where fraud or abuse is suspected; Pending the outcome of a moderation or compliance investigation; or Where required to do so by law or in response to a law enforcement request.

7. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your Idol account if: You breach these Idol Terms or any Idollist Policy; You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct; or We are required to do so by law, or consider it necessary in our sole discretion to protect the Platform or its Users. You may close your Idol account at any time by submitting a request to support@idollist.com. Closing your account does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose before termination. Enforcement actions taken as a result of violations of the Content Moderation & Protection Policy or the Acceptable Use Policy may include deductions from your Idol Balance, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the Platform. Idols whose accounts are suspended or terminated may request a formal review in accordance with our Complaints Policy. Appeals must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the enforcement action. These Idol Terms form part of your overall agreement with Idollist and should be read alongside the General Terms & Conditions and all other applicable Idollist Policies. Any rights or remedies not expressly granted in these Idol Terms are reserved by Idollist. The governing law and jurisdiction provisions set out in the General Terms & Conditions apply equally to these Idol Terms.
