Idollist — Acceptable Use Policy Last updated: 30 May 2026 This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the rules of conduct that apply to everyone who uses the Idollist platform — whether as a fan, a subscriber, an Idol, or in any other capacity. It covers what you may and may not do on the Platform, including the creation, upload, distribution, and sharing of content, as well as your general behaviour while using our Services. This Policy operates alongside the General Terms & Conditions and all other Idollist policies. Where this Policy conflicts with the General Terms on a matter it specifically addresses, this Policy takes precedence. All defined terms used in this document carry the meanings given to them in the General Terms & Conditions, unless stated otherwise.

DEFINITIONS

“Prohibited Content” means any content that does not comply with the standards set out in this Policy.

POLICY

1. GENERAL USE

All Users must use Idollist only for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with this Policy. Users must not: Sell, transfer, or share their Account, or any content obtained through the Platform, with any other person; Attempt to circumvent, disable, or bypass any security or access controls on the Platform; Misrepresent their identity, impersonate another person, or otherwise mislead other Users; Stalk, bully, abuse, harass, threaten, or intimidate any other person; Produce, share, or engage with hate speech — meaning content designed to vilify, dehumanise, or incite hatred or violence against any individual or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic; Engage in disruptive or abusive platform behaviour, including spamming, flooding, trolling, or sustained harassment of other Users; or Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose. The Platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and over. Users who are required by law to register as sex offenders are prohibited from using the Platform under any circumstances. Idollist may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any breach of this Policy, in accordance with the terms set out in the General Terms & Conditions.

2. CONTENT RULES

2.1 General Content Standards

You must not upload, share, display, or promote: Content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading, or that encourages violence or criminal activity; Content that features, involves, encourages, or references the exploitation or abuse of anyone under the age of 18; or Content to which you do not hold the relevant rights or a valid licence to distribute. You must not download content from the Platform unless a download option is explicitly provided for that content by Idollist. Where your content features any person other than yourself, you must have obtained and retained written confirmation that all individuals appearing in or referenced by that content are at least 18 years old, and that each individual has given their verifiable consent to the use of their name and/or likeness in that content.

2.2 Prohibited Content

You must not depict, advertise, promote, or facilitate access to firearms, weapons, or any goods whose sale, possession, or use is subject to legal restriction. You must not produce or share content that promotes or glorifies the use of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia. You must not produce or share content that encourages, promotes, or provides instruction on self-harm or suicide.

2.3 Sexual and Explicit Content

You must not upload, post, or share content — whether real, simulated, or implied — that depicts or promotes any of the following: sexual activity involving persons under 18; incest; bestiality; non-consensual sexual acts; rape; sexual assault; hypnosis or intoxication in a sexual context; torture; extreme bondage; asphyxiation; genital mutilation; necrophilia; scatological content; age-play or any suggestion of underage participants; illegal prostitution; human trafficking; or escort services — whether described explicitly or through slang, symbols, or abbreviations. You must not upload or share any other content that constitutes illegal behaviour or that may be considered obscene under applicable law. You must not share non-consensual intimate imagery — meaning any sexually explicit material featuring a person who has not given their prior, express, and fully informed consent both to the creation of that material and to its publication on the Platform. Individuals who believe such content has been published without their consent may request its removal under our NCII Takedown Policy. All sexually explicit content must be designated as 18+ or NSFW using the Platform’s content settings. Explicit content may only be published as PPV Content, accessible solely to Users who have completed a payment transaction. It must not appear in any publicly accessible area of the Platform. You must not upload or share content that: Features public nudity recorded or broadcast from a location where such nudity is illegal under local law; or Features sexual activity recorded in or broadcast from a public place where members of the public could reasonably be expected to witness it.

2.4 Hate Speech, Harassment, and Discrimination

You must not upload, post, or share content that constitutes hate speech or that is designed to vilify, discriminate against, humiliate, threaten, or incite hatred or violence toward individuals or groups on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, age, immigration status, or any other protected characteristic. You must not send or share unsolicited sexual content, or use language that sexually objectifies another person without their consent. This includes manipulated or synthetic sexual content involving real individuals. Where such content depicts an identifiable person, that person may request its removal under our NCII Takedown Policy. You must not behave in any way that is threatening, abusive, harassing, inflammatory, or likely to cause distress, embarrassment, or alarm to any other person. Idollist reserves the right to take action against conduct it considers harmful or inappropriate, even where it does not fall neatly within a specific prohibition listed in this Policy.

2.5 Privacy and Personal Data

You must not share any other person’s personal data without their explicit written consent. This prohibition covers: Names, identity documents, contact details, location data, financial information, or medical records; Personally identifying information such as home addresses, email addresses, or identity document numbers; Data obtained by scraping external sources or private databases; and Private or personal messages shared in confidence.

2.6 Content Authenticity

Content shared on Idollist must be: Genuinely produced by you or by approved collaborators acting under a documented co-authorship arrangement; Accurate and not misleading, spam-like, or artificially inflated in terms of engagement; and Not designed to create a false impression of live interaction where none is taking place.

2.7 Other Restrictions

You must not represent your content as being endorsed or sponsored by Idollist or any third party without their explicit written approval. You must not use codewords, signals, or indirect methods to communicate anything that would otherwise violate this Policy. You must not use content as a means of extracting money or other benefits from another person in exchange for its removal or non-publication. You must not engage in third-party commercial activities — including advertising, sponsorships, or product placements — in a manner that violates Idollist’s Advertising & Promotion Policy.

2.8 Identity Verification and Face Visibility

Idollist is required to be able to verify the identity of every individual featured in content published on the Platform. This is a legal compliance and safety requirement that applies without exception. You must not upload content in which any featured individual’s face is obscured, covered, or otherwise unidentifiable. This applies regardless of the reason for the covering, and includes: Medical or fashion face masks; Face-covering religious or cultural garments (including niqabs, burqas, or equivalent); and Any other accessory or item of clothing that prevents facial identification. While Idollist respects the religious and cultural practices of all Users, face visibility is a non-negotiable compliance requirement. Idols must ensure their face is clearly visible in all content they publish on the Platform. Content featuring individuals whose identity cannot be verified will be removed without notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

2.9 Public Profile Standards

Public profile content — including your profile picture, banner image, and bio — is visible to all visitors to the Platform, including those who have not registered or made any purchase. All public profile content must be suitable for a general audience. Public profile content must not include: Nudity or implied nudity of any kind, including strategic covering or suggestive posing; See-through or revealing clothing that exposes or outlines intimate body parts; Sexually explicit language or age-baiting terms such as “just turned 18”, “barely legal”, or “teen”; or Hyper-sexualised or pornographic framing. What is permitted in public profile content: tasteful swimwear, lingerie, or boudoir-style photography is acceptable provided it is not see-through, not explicitly posed, and would be considered appropriate for publication on mainstream social media platforms. Idollist actively moderates public-facing profile content. Non-compliant content will be subject to the following enforcement steps: First breach: The profile will be removed from Platform discovery and search results until the non-compliant content is updated or removed. Repeat breaches: The entire public profile may be made inaccessible to non-paying visitors until compliance is restored. These measures do not result in content deletion, account closure, or any interruption to earnings from existing paying subscribers.

3. COMMUNITY STANDARDS

All Users must comply with Idollist’s Community Guidelines, which set out the standards of behaviour and content expected of everyone on the Platform.

4. SECURITY AND TECHNICAL CONDUCT

You must not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security feature of the Platform. You must not send requests to Idollist’s servers at a rate that exceeds what a human user could reasonably generate using a standard web browser. You must not introduce any viruses, malware, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful or malicious code into the Platform or its systems. You must not use the Platform in a way that could damage, overload, or interfere with our systems or with the experience of any other User. You must not use any automated program, bot, script, spider, or scraping tool to access the Platform or extract content or data from it. You must not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or derive the source code of the Platform, except where expressly permitted by applicable law for interoperability purposes. You must not seek out or exploit any vulnerability or security flaw in the Platform’s systems or services. You must not use proxy servers, VPNs, or other tools to disguise your location for the purpose of payment fraud, circumventing regional restrictions, or bypassing safety or compliance controls.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

You must respect the intellectual property rights of Idols and other Users. You must not record, reproduce, redistribute, or publicly share their content without their authorisation. You must not impersonate Idollist, any of its staff, another User, or any third party, or falsely suggest any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship. You must not provide false registration information or make unauthorised use of another person’s account details or content. You must not reproduce, download, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any Platform content except as expressly permitted under the General Terms & Conditions. You must not use the Idollist name, logo, or associated branding in any manner not expressly authorised by us in writing. You must not take any action that infringes the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, personality rights, or other legal rights of any person or entity.

6. CONSEQUENCES OF BREACH

Idollist reserves the right to: Suspend or permanently terminate accounts found to be in breach of this Policy; Remove some or all content from an account where that content violates this Policy or any other Idollist policy — including bulk removal where an account contains a large volume of non-compliant content; Withhold, reduce, or revoke Idol earnings or account balances, and prevent withdrawals, where a breach of this Policy has occurred; and Refer evidence of criminal activity to the relevant law enforcement authorities. All enforcement decisions may be reviewed under Idollist’s Complaints & Appeals process, which includes procedures for user-submitted reports and internal investigation.
