Idollist — Standard Contract Between Fan and Idol Last updated: 30 May 2026 This Standard Contract (the “Agreement”) governs each individual transaction between a registered User (“Fan”) and a content creator (“Idol”) on the Idollist platform. It sets out the rights and obligations of both parties in connection with accessing and using Idol content through the Platform. This Agreement operates alongside the General Terms & Conditions, the Acceptable Use Policy, and all other applicable Idollist policies. Where a conflict arises between this Agreement and the General Terms on a matter this Agreement specifically addresses, this Agreement takes precedence. All defined terms carry the meanings given to them in the General Terms & Conditions, unless stated otherwise here.

DEFINITIONS

“Fan” means a registered User who completes a payment to Idollist in exchange for a licence to view Idol content. “Idol” means a verified creator who uploads content to the Platform and grants Idollist a licence to distribute that content to Fans. “Fan Payment” means any payment made by a Fan to Idollist to access content or send a Tip, including pay-per-view purchases and Tips. “Idollist Fee” means the portion of each Fan Payment retained by Idollist as consideration for operating the Platform and providing the associated infrastructure and services. “Transaction” means any paid interaction between a Fan and an Idol that results in the grant of a view-only licence to the Fan, including pay-per-view content purchases and Tips. “PPV Content” means specific content items made available by an Idol for individual purchase, accessible only after a one-time payment. “Tip” means a voluntary monetary payment made by a Fan to Idollist as an expression of appreciation for an Idol or their content. Tips do not entitle the Fan to any additional content, rights, or obligations on the part of the Idol.

AGREED TERMS

1. LICENSING STRUCTURE AND RELATIONSHIP

Idollist is not an electronic money institution, payment institution, or financial intermediary. It does not act as an agent for Fans or as a pass-through transferring funds directly between Fans and Idols. When a Fan completes a purchase, they are paying Idollist directly in exchange for a limited, view-only licence to access content hosted on the Platform. This licence is made available to Idollist by the Idol under a distribution licence granted at the point of upload. By uploading content to the Platform, each Idol grants Idollist a worldwide, sublicensable licence to host, display, and distribute their content — including the right to grant limited end-user licences to Fans who purchase access. Idols have no direct contractual relationship with Fans and no right to enforce this Agreement against them. For all tax, legal, and regulatory purposes, Fan Payments are made to Idollist. Idollist is solely responsible for calculating and paying out Idol earnings in accordance with the Idol Earnings & Payout Policy. Tips sent by Fans are received by Idollist and allocated to the relevant Idol’s earnings in accordance with the Idol Earnings & Payout Policy. A Tip does not create any obligation on the part of the Idol to deliver content, respond, or provide any service in return.

2. SCOPE OF FAN LICENCE

On successful completion of a Fan Payment for PPV Content, Idollist grants the Fan a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to view the specific content to which that Transaction relates. This licence: Is granted solely for personal, non-commercial use; Permits access through standard web browsers or officially supported Idollist applications; and Allows temporary local caching only where this is technically necessary for playback. No ownership rights, intellectual property rights, or moral rights in any content transfer to the Fan under any circumstances. All such rights remain with the Idol and/or Idollist as applicable. Tips do not grant the Fan any licence, content access, or other entitlement beyond what is explicitly provided at the time of the relevant Transaction.

3. WHEN THE LICENCE EXPIRES

A Fan’s licence to view content will terminate immediately, without notice, in any of the following circumstances: The Fan Payment is unsuccessful, reversed, or subject to a chargeback; The Fan’s Account is suspended or terminated; The Fan breaches the Acceptable Use Policy or any other Idollist policy; The Idol removes the relevant content from the Platform; or The Fan closes their Idollist Account.

4. FAN OBLIGATIONS

By completing a Transaction, the Fan agrees to: Use content only in the manner permitted by the licence described in Section 2; Not copy, screen-record, download, share, or redistribute content in any form or by any means; Not attempt to bypass, circumvent, or interfere with any Platform security or access controls; and Make all Fan Payments in good faith and not initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals. The Fan agrees to indemnify Idollist against any losses, costs, or liabilities arising from a breach of the obligations in clause 4.1, including losses resulting from unjustified chargebacks. Fans acknowledge that: Idols may work with assistants or approved third parties in managing their accounts and content; and Idollist has full discretion to moderate, restrict, or remove content at any time.

5. IDOL OBLIGATIONS

By uploading content to the Platform, each Idol: Confirms that they own or hold all rights necessary to grant the licences described in this Agreement; Grants Idollist a worldwide, sublicensable licence to host, display, and distribute their content to Fans who purchase access; and Accepts full responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and ongoing availability of their content. Idols acknowledge that: Idollist is solely responsible for granting content licences to Fans; They have no direct contractual relationship with Fans; and Their earnings, including any amounts allocated from Tips, are determined and paid in accordance with the Idol Earnings & Payout Policy.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

By completing a Transaction, the Fan acknowledges that the content is made available for immediate access and consents to its immediate supply. In doing so, the Fan waives any statutory right of cancellation that may otherwise apply under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent legislation. This waiver does not affect any rights the Fan may have to request a refund where required by applicable law. Tips are voluntary and non-refundable once submitted, as they do not purchase any content or service.

7. NO GUARANTEES

Idollist makes no representations or warranties regarding: The continued availability of any content, which may be removed by the Idol or by Idollist at any time; The frequency, quality, or volume of content uploaded by any Idol; or The compatibility of content with the Fan’s device, browser, or preferences. All content is made available on an as-is basis. The licence granted under this Agreement confers access rights only — it carries no warranty, guarantee, or entitlement beyond those access rights.

8. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

Disputes between Fans and Idollist will be handled in accordance with Idollist’s Complaints & Appeals process. Where a dispute arises between a Fan and an Idol, Idollist may, at its sole discretion, facilitate communication between the parties but is under no obligation to mediate, arbitrate, or otherwise intervene. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales: Fans based in the UK or EU may bring claims in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of their country of residence. All other Fans must bring claims exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
