Idollist — USC 2257 Disclosure Statement Last updated: 31 May 2026 Idollist is a platform dedicated to providing a safe, respectful, and lawful environment in which creators can connect with their audiences and monetise their content. This USC 2257 Disclosure Statement sets out our compliance position in relation to United States federal record-keeping requirements for visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct. Introduction. Although Idollist Ltd is not based in the United States, we voluntarily comply with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257, 2257A and 28 C.F.R. § 75 (“Section 2257”) to the extent permitted under English law. Compliant Content. All models, actors, actresses, and other individuals who appear in any visual portrayal of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on this Website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the relevant visual content was produced. Records required in respect of all such depictions, as mandated by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 et seq., are maintained on file with the appropriate Records Custodian. Exempt Content. All other visual depictions displayed on this Website are exempt from the provisions of Section 2257 because: (1) they do not portray conduct specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(i) through (iv); (2) they do not portray conduct specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2257A produced after 19 March 2009; (3) they do not portray conduct listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(v) produced after 19 March 2009; (4) the visual depictions were created prior to 3 July 1995; or (5) Idollist Ltd does not act as a “producer” in respect of the dissemination of such exempt content, as that term is defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c).
