Idollist — Anti-Slavery & Anti-Trafficking Statement Last updated: 31 May 2026 Idollist Ltd operates Idollist (idollist.co), a platform that connects content creators with their audiences. Idollist empowers Idols to monetise their content in a safe, respectful, and transparent environment. Idollist is firmly opposed to modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms. We do not tolerate these practices on our Platform, in our partnerships, or anywhere in our supply chain. This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act 2010. It sets out the steps taken by Idollist to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business operations, partnerships, or supply chains.

OUR COMMITMENT

Modern slavery is a serious crime and a fundamental violation of human rights. It takes a number of forms, including: Slavery — the exercise of ownership or control over another person; Servitude — the imposition of services through coercion; Forced or compulsory labour — work extracted under threat of penalty, without the person’s voluntary consent; and Human trafficking — facilitating the movement of another person for the purpose of exploitation. All of these practices involve the deprivation of a person’s freedom for the purpose of exploitation. Idollist has zero tolerance for any of them. We are committed to: Acting with integrity and reducing the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking in all of our business dealings, including our relationships with Idols and Fans; Treating all employees, contractors, partners, and vendors with respect and dignity; Maintaining safe working conditions across our operations; and Conducting our business in an ethical and responsible manner.

STEPS TAKEN THIS PERIOD

During the current financial period, Idollist has: Introduced company-wide mandatory training on modern slavery and human trafficking awareness; Reviewed and updated internal policies and procedures governing acceptable business conduct and ethical standards; Reviewed our supply chain to identify and address potential modern slavery and human trafficking risks; Invested in our content moderation capability, including additional specialist resources; Maintained and strengthened our identity and age verification processes; and Increased engagement with third parties whose work supports the fight against modern slavery and human trafficking.

OUR POLICIES

Idollist takes all reasonable and appropriate steps to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place on our Platform, in our business, or in our supply chain.

Code of Conduct and Business Ethics

We maintain a Code of Conduct and Business Ethics that sets clear expectations for all employees: to act with integrity, exercise sound judgment, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those addressing modern slavery and human trafficking. This Code is also shared with key suppliers and contractors.

Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy

Our General Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy explicitly prohibit the upload, posting, display, or distribution of content on Idollist that: Features any individual without their documented written consent to the use of their name or likeness; or Promotes, advertises, or refers to escort services, sex trafficking, human trafficking, or prostitution — whether explicitly or through slang, symbols, abbreviations, or coded language.

Supplier Standards

We hold our employees and suppliers to high standards of conduct. Violations of our standards by an employee may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Violations by a supplier may result in termination of the commercial relationship.

RISK ASSESSMENT

We continually assess modern slavery and human trafficking risks across our business by identifying and analysing higher-risk areas. Our assessment draws on external reports and standards, country and sector risk profiles, and is updated as risks evolve.

Direct Operations

We consider the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking in our direct operations to be relatively low. Our workforce is primarily composed of professionally qualified or skilled individuals based in the United Kingdom. We recognise that where we engage contractors outside the UK, the risk profile may be higher, and we take appropriate steps to manage this. All staff are aware of these risks and know how to report concerns.

Platform and Supply Chain

Idol Content. As with all user-generated content platforms, there is a risk that uploaded material may be exploitative or in breach of applicable law. We address this risk through comprehensive verification and content moderation processes, described below. Contractors and Third Parties. We use contractors and third-party suppliers for services including identity verification, age verification, content moderation, payment processing, and cloud infrastructure. All such parties are required to comply with applicable law and our policies. Payment Processors. Our payment processing partners are themselves subject to extensive regulatory oversight and anti-money laundering requirements, which provides an additional layer of protection.

RISK MITIGATION

Idol Verification

We rigorously verify the identity and payment details of every Idol account application to ensure individuals can only create accounts on their own behalf: All Idols must complete identity verification through our KYC process (conducted via Sumsub) before they are able to upload content or receive payments; We verify that identity documents match the legal name associated with the payment method on file; We employ technological safeguards to ensure that earnings are paid directly to the verified account holder; and In higher-risk jurisdictions, or where an account has been flagged for additional review, we require enhanced verification procedures. Full details of our verification requirements are set out in our Age Verification Policy.

Content Moderation

We actively monitor content uploaded to the Platform and remove — and where necessary report — any material that facilitates or coordinates the exploitation of individuals, including modern slavery and human trafficking: Automated Detection: AI-assisted technology screens content before it is published on the Platform; Human Review: Trained moderators review content to ensure compliance with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy; Moderator Training: All content moderators receive training to identify and report indicators of modern slavery and human trafficking; and No Hidden Content: Idollist does not use end-to-end encryption for content. All content on the Platform is visible to our trained review team. There are no hidden posts, private areas inaccessible to moderators, or disappearing messages. Full details of our content moderation approach are set out in our Content Moderation & Protection Policy.

Contractor and Supplier Due Diligence

We include contractual obligations in our agreements with agencies, contractors, and suppliers requiring compliance with applicable laws and our anti-slavery and anti-trafficking policies; We conduct due diligence on suppliers to assess their compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements; and We review commercial agreements to ensure alignment with our anti-slavery and anti-trafficking principles.

Community Reporting

We provide multiple channels through which concerns can be raised: In-Platform Reporting: Every post and account on Idollist includes a report function. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team; Email Reporting: Anyone can report concerns directly to support@idollist.com; and Emergency Situations: Anyone who encounters content on Idollist that indicates a person is in immediate physical danger as a result of human trafficking is encouraged to report immediately through the channels above and to contact local law enforcement.

Law Enforcement Cooperation

Where Idollist identifies content containing indicators of modern slavery or human trafficking, we will: Immediately suspend the associated account; Preserve all relevant evidence; Share information with law enforcement and relevant non-governmental organisations; and Cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

Transparency and Accountability

Idollist is committed to building a safe and trustworthy platform. We take responsibility for our actions and regularly review our safety controls and compliance programmes to ensure they remain effective.

REPORTING MECHANISMS

Idollist maintains a culture of transparency and accountability that encourages all employees to raise concerns — including concerns about human rights violations, modern slavery, and human trafficking — without fear of reprisal.
