INTRODUCTION
These Credit Terms govern the purchase, holding, and use of Credits on the Idollist Platform. They apply to any User who holds or purchases Credits, whether through a direct top-up or by any other means by which Credits are added to a User Balance. These Credit Terms supplement the General Terms & Conditions and all other applicable Idollist policies. They form part of the Ancillary Terms referred to in the General Terms & Conditions. Where a conflict arises between these Credit Terms and the General Terms & Conditions specifically in relation to Credits, these Credit Terms take precedence on that subject matter. All defined terms carry the meanings given to them in the General Terms & Conditions, unless stated otherwise here. These Credit Terms take effect on 30 May 2026 (the “Effective Date”). By purchasing, holding, or using Credits on or after the Effective Date, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Credit Terms. These Credit Terms formalise the position that has previously applied to Credits on the Platform. To the extent that the nature of Credits (as a limited, non-transferable licence to use digitised tokens on the Platform, and not as money or stored value) has previously operated as an implied term of your use of the Services, these Credit Terms now set out that position expressly. The inactivity-based expiry provisions in Section 4 apply to all Credits held by you on the Effective Date. For Credits acquired before the Effective Date, the Inactivity Period that triggers expiry is calculated from the Effective Date rather than from the original date of acquisition.DEFINITIONS
“Credits” means the digitised tokens hosted on the Idollist Platform that Users may purchase and redeem for certain Paid-for Services, as further described in these Credit Terms. “Credit Terms” means these Credit Terms, as updated from time to time in accordance with Section 7. “Effective Date” means 30 May 2026. “Inactivity Period” means a continuous period during which no Credits are added to, and no Credits are spent from, a given User Account. “User Balance” has the meaning given in the General Terms & Conditions, being the balance of Credits held in a User’s Account and available for use on Paid-for Services.TERMS
1. NATURE OF CREDITS
Credits are a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use digitised tokens on the Platform. Purchasing or receiving Credits entitles you only to such a licence. It does not transfer to you any ownership interest, property right, or other proprietary interest in the Credits themselves. Credits: have no cash or stored value; do not constitute money, legal tender, or any form of currency recognised by any state or political authority; are not a general medium of exchange; are not a deposit, electronic money, or any other regulated financial instrument; and cannot be exchanged for cash, any other currency, or any goods or services outside the Platform. Credits are personal to the User to whom they are issued. They may not be: sold, assigned, gifted, transferred, or sublicensed to any other person or Account; pledged, charged, or otherwise used as security; or transferred upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or otherwise by operation of law. Credits may only be used on the Platform, for personal non-commercial purposes, and only in the manner permitted by these Credit Terms, the General Terms & Conditions, and all other Idollist policies. Idollist Ltd may modify, suspend, revoke, or terminate your licence to use Credits at any time in accordance with these Credit Terms and the General Terms & Conditions, without prior notice, payment, or liability, except as expressly stated here or as required by applicable law.2. PURCHASING CREDITS
You may acquire Credits by topping up your User Balance through the Platform using an accepted payment method. The available payment methods, Credit denominations, and any applicable taxes or fees are displayed to you before you complete a purchase. The conversion rate between the currency you pay in and the number of Credits credited to your User Balance is shown on the Platform at the point of purchase. Idollist Ltd may vary the conversion rate and the denominations of Credits available from time to time. Payments for Credits are processed in accordance with Section 3 (Paid-for Services) of the General Terms & Conditions.3. USING CREDITS
Credits may be used to access Paid-for Services on the Platform where Idollist accepts Credits as a method of payment. The specific services for which Credits may be used, and the number of Credits required, are displayed at the point of purchase. When you spend Credits, they are drawn down from your User Balance on a first-in, first-out basis — that is, the Credits that were added to your Account earliest are spent first. The number of Credits required for a given Paid-for Service may change over time and may be set by Idollist Ltd, by the relevant Idol, or by a combination of both, in accordance with the General Terms & Conditions. When Credits are spent on a Paid-for Service: the relevant Credits are immediately deducted from your User Balance; the licence granted to you in respect of those Credits terminates; and the relevant Paid-for Service is made available to you in accordance with the General Terms & Conditions and any terms specific to that service. You are responsible for monitoring your User Balance and for using Credits before they expire under Section 4. Idollist Ltd is not responsible for Credits that expire before you use them.4. EXPIRY OF CREDITS
Credits expire upon the completion of an Inactivity Period of 24 months in respect of your User Account. For Credits acquired before the Effective Date, the Inactivity Period is calculated from the Effective Date rather than from the original date of acquisition. Credits are deemed expired from the applicable expiry date, regardless of when Idollist Ltd actually removes them from your displayed User Balance. Idollist Ltd may remove expired Credits from your User Balance at any time after expiry, without further notice. A delay in doing so does not: entitle you to continued use of those Credits; constitute a waiver of Idollist Ltd’s right to remove them at a later point; or create any representation or implied term in your favour. Expired Credits cannot be reinstated except at Idollist Ltd’s sole discretion. Where applicable law in your country of residence requires a longer minimum validity period, or prohibits the expiry of prepaid credits of the kind governed by these Credit Terms, that legal requirement applies in place of the period set out in clause 4.1. Idollist Ltd may determine your country of residence by reference to your billing country and/or the IP address used at the time of purchase. Idollist Ltd may, but is not obliged to, send reminders or notifications before your Credits expire. The absence of any reminder does not affect the operation of the expiry rules in this Section 4. Credits remaining in your User Balance at the time of suspension, termination, or closure of your Account may be forfeited in accordance with the General Terms & Conditions and Section 6 of these Credit Terms.5. REFUNDS AND NO CASH-OUT
Credits cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for money, any other currency, or any goods or services outside the Platform. The purchase price of Credits is non-refundable and non-transferable, including: upon expiry of the Credits under Section 4; upon suspension, restriction, termination, or closure of your User Account; upon termination of the General Terms & Conditions or these Credit Terms; or upon discontinuation of the Platform, the Services, or any Paid-for Service. Nothing in this Section 5 limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract, including any statutory rights of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund. Chargebacks and similar payment disputes in respect of Credits are governed by Section 3 (Paid-for Services) of the General Terms & Conditions.6. SUSPENSION, TERMINATION, AND REVOCATION
Idollist Ltd may suspend, restrict, revoke, reduce, or terminate your licence to use Credits, and may remove Credits from your User Balance, in any of the following circumstances: where you are in breach of these Credit Terms, the General Terms & Conditions, the Acceptable Use Policy, or any other applicable Idollist policy; where Idollist Ltd reasonably suspects that Credits were obtained or used through fraud, deception, chargeback abuse, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful means; where required by law, regulation, court order, or regulatory direction; or where your User Account is suspended, restricted, or terminated, whether by you or by Idollist Ltd, in accordance with the General Terms & Conditions. If your User Account is suspended, restricted, or terminated: your ability to use, spend, or receive Credits is suspended or terminated accordingly; any unused Credits in your User Balance may be forfeited in accordance with the General Terms & Conditions, unless a refund is required by law; and you have no claim for the value of any forfeited Credits. Idollist Ltd is not obliged to disclose the specific reasons for any suspension, restriction, revocation, or removal of Credits, except where required by law.7. CHANGES TO THESE CREDIT TERMS
Idollist Ltd may update these Credit Terms from time to time. Your continued purchase, holding, or use of Credits after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you should stop purchasing and using Credits and may contact Idollist Ltd to discuss any unused balance. Material changes to these Credit Terms will be communicated to affected Users in accordance with Idollist’s standard notification procedures.8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Credit Terms are governed by the governing law and dispute resolution provisions set out in the General Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Credit Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence that cannot be contracted out of.CONTACT & SUPPORT
