Idollist — Community Guidelines Last updated: 30 May 2026 Idollist is built on the idea that creators and their audiences deserve a space that is safe, respectful, and built on trust. These Community Guidelines define the standards of conduct that apply to everyone using the Platform — whether you are a fan, a subscriber, or an Idol. These Guidelines are not simply a list of rules. They reflect the values we want Idollist to stand for: authentic connection, creative freedom within clear boundaries, and zero tolerance for content or behaviour that causes harm. By using the Platform, you agree to observe both the letter and the spirit of these Guidelines. They operate alongside the General Terms & Conditions and all other Idollist Policies. Where a conflict exists between these Guidelines and the General Terms, these Guidelines take precedence on matters they specifically address. DEFINITIONS
“Explicit Content” means any content that is sexual, pornographic, graphically violent, or otherwise unsuitable for persons under the age of 18. “Public Content” means any content visible to non-paying visitors on the Platform, including profile pictures, banners, display names, and bios. “PPV Content” means pay-per-view content accessible only to Users who have completed payment and been granted access through the Platform’s gating system.GUIDELINES
1. CONTENT STANDARDS
You may only upload content that you have the legal right to share — either because you created it, own the rights to it, or hold a valid licence. Content posted on the Platform must not: Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party; Violate any law applicable in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction from which the Platform is accessed; Encourage, promote, or facilitate unlawful activity; or Repost material that was previously removed for breaching these Guidelines. Idollist may remove any content that violates these standards, with or without prior notice.2. HATE SPEECH, HARASSMENT & DISCRIMINATION
All Users are expected to treat others with basic respect. Harassment, targeted abuse, and content designed to demean or exclude people based on who they are will not be tolerated. The following are strictly prohibited: Calls for violence or expressions of a desire to harm any individual or group; Slurs or language intended to degrade or dehumanise people; and Content that promotes discrimination, segregation, or exclusion based on protected characteristics such as race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability. Idollist applies a zero-tolerance approach to hate speech. Violations will result in content removal and may lead to account suspension or permanent termination.3. TERRORISM AND VIOLENT EXTREMISM
Content that promotes, glorifies, recruits for, or otherwise supports terrorist organisations or extremist ideologies is strictly prohibited on the Platform. This prohibition is absolute. There are no exceptions, regardless of the framing, context, or stated intent of the content.4. NON-CONSENSUAL CONTENT
Content featuring any individual who has not given their explicit, documented consent to appear in that content is strictly forbidden. This prohibition covers: Intimate media recorded or obtained without the subject’s knowledge or consent; The distribution of sexual content to Users who have not actively chosen to receive it; and Any attempt to share, post, or redistribute private or intimate content without the clear agreement of everyone depicted. Violations of this section will be treated as serious breaches and will result in immediate enforcement action, including potential referral to law enforcement. Individuals who believe non-consensual intimate images of themselves have been published on the Platform may request removal under our NCII Takedown Policy.5. AI-GENERATED MEDIA
AI-generated content is permitted on the Platform, subject to the following conditions: Disclosure: Any AI-generated media must be clearly labelled as such — for example, through a visible watermark, a caption, or a statement in the account bio. Hidden or undisclosed AI content is not permitted. No Deception or Harm: AI-generated content must not be used to impersonate real individuals (other than yourself, with appropriate disclosures), spread misinformation, or cause harm. Age Restrictions: AI-generated characters must not visually resemble minors. Prompt text or disclaimers are not a substitute for visual compliance — if the generated image appears to depict someone under 18, it will be treated as a violation regardless of any accompanying text. Consent for Real Individuals: If AI-generated media depicts a real, identifiable person — for example, a deepfake or voice clone — the documented consent of that individual is required before publication. Moderation: All AI-generated content is subject to review by Idollist’s moderation team using a reasonable person standard. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on the nature and severity of the violation.6. EXPLICIT CONTENT
Explicit content is permitted on the Platform exclusively as PPV Content — that is, accessible only to users who have paid for access through the Platform’s gating system. Explicit content may not appear in any Public Content area, including profile pictures, banners, bios, or publicly visible posts. All Explicit Content must be clearly designated as 18+ or NSFW within the Platform’s content settings. The following are strictly prohibited, without exception: Providing or making available Explicit Content to any User who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18; Uploading any content — explicit or otherwise — that features a person under the age of 18 in any capacity, whether as a principal subject or incidentally in the background; and Failing to retain age verification records as required under applicable law, including USC 2257 where relevant. Explicit Content includes but is not limited to: sexually explicit imagery or video; graphic depictions of injury, violence, or bodily harm; and any other material that a reasonable person would consider inappropriate for viewers under 18. Idollist actively monitors the public-facing areas of the Platform to ensure that no Explicit Content is accessible without a payment gate. Any content found to be in violation will be removed without notice.7. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
You must not publish, share, or otherwise disclose the private or personal information of any other person without their explicit consent. This prohibition applies to, but is not limited to: Full legal names where not publicly known; Home or work addresses; Personal contact details such as phone numbers or private email addresses; and Any metadata embedded in files that could be used to identify or locate an individual. Attempting to “dox” another User — that is, publishing private information with the intention of exposing or harming them — is treated as a serious breach and will result in immediate account action.8. IMPERSONATION
You may not impersonate another person on the Platform, including other Users, Idols, public figures, or Idollist staff. Parody and satire accounts are permitted only where the satirical nature is immediately and obviously clear to any reasonable viewer. Parody must not be used as cover for genuine deception. Parody accounts must not falsely imply that they are affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the person they reference.9. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND BEHAVIOUR
The following are prohibited on the Platform in all circumstances: Content that promotes, sells, or facilitates access to illegal goods or services; Any sexual content involving individuals who are, or appear to be, below the legal age of consent; Content that encourages, glorifies, or provides instruction on suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders; and Targeted bullying, intimidation, or threats directed at any individual or group. Idollist reserves the right to determine whether content breaches applicable law or these Guidelines. Our decisions in this regard are final.10. PLATFORM CONDUCT
As a condition of using the Platform, all Users agree: Not to participate in, facilitate, promote, or enable human trafficking, exploitation, sexual violence, or any form of coercion or abuse; Not to attempt to hack, manipulate, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Platform’s systems or introduce malicious software of any kind; Not to use Idollist for unlawful commercial activity, including the promotion or sale of controlled substances or illegal weapons; and Not to infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any person. Idollist uses a combination of automated tools and human moderation to monitor the Platform and enforce these standards. Idollist reserves the right to remove content or restrict access to accounts where conduct causes harm to the community, even where that conduct is not explicitly listed in these Guidelines.11. PUBLIC PROFILE STANDARDS
Your profile picture, banner image, and any other Public Content associated with your account may be visible to anyone visiting the Platform — including non-registered visitors and users who have not made any purchase. All Public Content must be suitable for a general audience. Public Content must not include: Nudity or implied nudity of any kind, including strategic covering or clearly suggestive poses; See-through clothing or outfits that reveal or outline intimate body parts; Explicit sexual posing, pornographic-style photography, or sexually suggestive props or gestures; Any content that hints at underage themes, including language such as “just turned 18” or “barely legal”; or What is permitted in Public Content: tasteful swimwear, lingerie, or boudoir-style imagery is acceptable in Public Content, provided it is non-transparent, not explicitly posed, and would be considered appropriate for mainstream social media platforms. Idollist actively moderates the public-facing areas of the Platform. Content that does not comply with this section will be subject to the following enforcement process: First breach: The relevant profile will be removed from public discovery and search results until the non-compliant content is updated or removed. Repeat breaches: The entire public profile may be made inaccessible to non-paying visitors until compliance is restored. These measures do not result in content deletion, account termination, or any interruption to earnings from existing paying subscribers.CONTACT & SUPPORT
